PEANUT BUTTER BON BONS

Filling
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1 cup coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Topping
1 pkg chocolate chips
1/2 stick paraffin wax

Mix filling ingredients together. Scoop out enough to make 1 inch diameter balls. Chill on wax paper-lined cookie sheet in freezer for 2-3 hours. Melt chips and wax in double boiler.

With a toothpick, dip balls into the chocolate coating and then fill the hole in the bon bons. Chill until set.
