APPLE STREUSEL COBBLER

Category: Cobblers/Crumbles and Crisps

1 (20 oz) can apple pie filling
2 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cold butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup oats

Preheat oven to 375. Spread pie filling in a butter 9 inch square baking pan. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the condensed milk, melted butter and spices. Mix well and pour over the pie filling.

Topping: In a bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Cut in the butter until it is crumbly. Add the nuts and oats. Sprinkle over the custard and bake for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool. Serve with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
