TUKEY AND VEGETABLE TORTILLA ROLLS

12 medium asparagus spears, trimmed of wooded ends
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1-2 tsp brown mustard
4 (7-8 inch) tortillas
12 oz thinly sliced smoked turkey
Lettuce leaves

Place asparagus in a skillet and cook in a small amount of boiling water for about 4 minutes. Drain thoroughly on paper towels. Beat together cream cheese and next 3 ingredients until smooth.

To assemble: place one tortilla on flat surface. Spread 1/4th cream cheese mixture on tortilla, top with 1/4th turkey and several pepper strips. Roll up tortilla. Repeat with remaining ingredients and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap; chill for up to 12 hours. To serve, cut each tortilla into 1 inch slice and place on lettuce-lined plate.
