MISSISSIPPI MUD

Crust
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
5 eggs
1 1/4 cups self-rising sifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp vanilla

Topping
1 bag miniature marshmallows
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Crust: Melt butter in a saucepan, add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Stir in nuts and vanilla then pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows immediately after removing from oven. Beat remaining topping ingredients and pour over marshmallows before the melt together. Allot to cool before cutting into squares.
