UNFORGETTABLE HAM BALLS

1 lb ground cooked ham
1/2 lb ground fresh pork
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp whiskey, divided
2 tbsp water
1 egg
1/4 cup minced celery
2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Sauce
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp whiskey, divided

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 10 ingredients. Shape mixture into meatballs (1 tbsp each). Arrange on baking sheet; bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Make sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Use toothpicks to dip cooked meatballs in sauce. Makes 20-25 meatballs.
