MISSISSIPPI MUD COOKIES

1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups oats

In a saucepan, mix together the first 4 ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir in oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow to cool. Store.
