STRAWBERRY YOGURT SAN REMO

1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled, cleaned and half-and-half
1/2 cup sugar

Yogurt topping
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp brandy
1/3 cup sugar
Dash nutmeg
2 cups plain yogurt

Garnish
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1/4 cup shaved chocolate

Combine strawberries and sugar. Cover; let stand 15 minutes. Prepare topping, by beating together first 5 ingredients. Fold in yogurt. Spoon berries into 4 dessert dishes. Cover with topping; garnish. Serves 4
