SWEET SURPRISE SALAD

1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces
3/4 cup pecans
1/2 (3 oz) pkg Ramen noodles, uncooked, seasoning packed discarded
1/2 bunch green onions
1/2 head romaine lettuce

Dressing
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, packed brown sugar, vegetable oil and cider vinegar
Pepper, to taste

Toast pecans and Ramen noodles together in a skillet which has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray or in the oven with a little butter

Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing just before serving.

Dressing: Mix ingredients well.

Serves 4
