HERBED CHEESE POTATOES

3 white potatoes
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp paprika and dried cilantro
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Wash and dry unpeeled potatoes and then cut lengthwise into wedges and place in a bowl. Combine seasonings in a bowl and pour oil over potatoes, mixing to combine. Dip potatoes into seasonings and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until almost tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with onions and cheese and continue to bake until cheese melts.
