1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp brandy
6 oz white chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled, rinsed and sliced
12 fresh mint leaves, for garnish

In a saucepan, boil cream over high, stirring constantly, until reduced to 1 cup. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Return to medium heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and brandy. Add chocolate and beat until fully melted and smooth. Serve immediately.

To serve, pour a puddle of white chocolate sauce on 6 dessert plates; tilt plates to spread sauce. Pile strawberries in center or arrange sliced berries in circles on top of the sauce. Garnish with mint leaves when serving. Serves 6
