WHITE CHOCOLATE CRUNCH COOKIES

2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda and salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar and sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups corn flakes
12 oz white chocolate

Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Cream butter with sugars and beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in dry ingredients. Mix in corn flakes. Drop rounded heaping teaspoonfuls of batter onto an ungreased cooking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every few seconds until smooth. Drop heaping teaspoons of melted chocolate over cookies and swirl. The chocolate will harden as it cools.
