Shelly's Recipe

MARINATED CHICKEN AND PORK (Crock pot)*

3 lbs chicken pieces
1 lb lean boneless pork cubes
1 cup dry red wine
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cups beef broth
2 clove garlic, minced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp salt

Place meat in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over meat. Allow to marinate at least 2 hours or overnight. Transfer meat to the crock pot and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Serves 6
