SPEEDY CHEESECAKE PIE

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash salt
Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a buttered pie plate. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add next 4 ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Pour into crust and bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until set.
Combine sour cream with remaining ingredients and spoon over cheesecake. Bake and additional 10 minutes. Cool. Chill several hours or freeze.
NOTE: If using a glass pie plate, reduce oven to 300 so it does not burn.
