GARDEN HERB CARROTS

1 lb young carrots
2 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp leaf thyme
2 tbsp butter
Heavy duty foil

Scrub carrots and slice thin at an angle. Place on 4 squares of foil. Divide seasonings and butter among four packages. Seal with double fold vat top and ends. Cook on medium high heat for 30-35 minutes, shaking frequently, and keeping folded side up. Serves 4
