SEAFOOD FIESTA

1/3 lb flour, scallops and shrimp
1/3 tsp white pepper
1 large tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
1 lime
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 cup white wine

Preheat oven to 375. In an ungreased 8 inch cooking dish add seafood. Sprinkle with pepper. Top with tomato and onion. Add wine. Squeeze fresh lime on top and add oil. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover and bake 15-20 minutes.
