WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
6 oz white chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz chocolate chips

Topping
7 oz milk chocolate, chopped
2 cups unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch springform pan. Sift dry ingredients; set aside. In a saucepan, melt white chocolate, sugar and butter, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly, beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in dry ingredients until well blended. Sir in chips and spread evenly in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven.

Sprinkle chopped milk chocolate evenly over surface, avoiding the sides of the pan. Return to oven for 1 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chocolate evenly over top. Sprinkle with nuts; gently press into chocolate. Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes; chill until set. Loosen sides of pan with a knife; carefully remove and cut into small wedges.
