ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH THYME

Category: Asparagus

3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmer
3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Place asparagus in a roasting pan lined with foil. Drizzle with oil to coat. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serves 12
