FOUR SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

12 oz fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
2 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 cup cooked crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1 cup cooked lobster, drained and chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz) can chopped clams, drained
1 (4 1/2 oz) can tine shrimp, drained
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp pepper

While pasta is cooking, saute garlic in butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually add milk and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add seafood, cheese, parsley and pepper; heat through. Drain pasta; top with seafood mixture. Serves 4
