STRAWBERRY FRUIT DIP

3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup strawberry preserves
1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fruit dippers

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients until well blended. Spear fruit dippers with cocktail picks; dip into mixture.

NOTE: Apricot and raspberry preserves are also good to use.
