MEXICAN CHICKEN I*(Crock pot)

4-6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts (do not thaw)
1/2 jar salsa
2 tbsp olive oil

Place frozen chicken into crock pot. Pour salsa over. Drizzle with oil. Cook on LOW for approximately 6 hours or until chicken is done.

NOTE: Serve over rice or shred and use in burritos. Also good served cold in salads or sliced for sandwiches.
