SWEET AND SOUR MAHOGANY CHOPS

4 top loin pork chops, 3/4-inch-thick
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp molasses

Season chops with salt and pepper. Stir together teriyaki sauce and molasses in a small bowl. Place pork over medium-hot coals and grill for 8-10 minutes, basting with sauce in the last few minutes. Serves 4.
