SPICY PORK CHOPS

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes and sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

4 (4 oz) boneless pork loin chops

Prepare grill. Combine first 5 ingredients in a skillet over medium heat. Saute 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool 3 minutes. Stir in vinegar and sugar. Arrange pork chops in a baking dish and pour marinade over, turning to coat chops. Cover and marinate in the refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Grill 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked throughout. Season with salt to taste.
