1 1/2 lbs haddock fillets
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1/2 cup dry white wine

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; dredge lightly in flour. Place fillets in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan; dot with butter, sprinkle with parsley and green onions. Pour wine around fillets in dish; bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 4
