Shelly's Recipe

FRESH PEACH LUSH

First layer
1 cups chopped pecans and flour
1/2 cup butter, melted

Mix together and spread into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Second Layer
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Mix and spread over cooled crust

Third layer
3 cups sliced peaches
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 tsp almond flavoring

Combine peaches, cornstarch and sugar. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, until thick. Remove from heat and add flavoring. Cool completely and spread over second layer. Top dessert with whipped topping.
