CHICKEN WITH PINEAPPLE (Crock pot)

2 medium onions, chopped
5 tbsp butter
6 chicken breasts, halves
Flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can pineapple slices
Hot cooked rice

Saute onion in 1 tbsp butter until transparent. Put in crock pot. Coat chicken with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tbsp butter and brown the chicken on both sides. Put into crock pot. Pour the juice from the pineapple over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 hours. Melt remaining butter and saute the pineapple slices until golden brown. Serve the chicken on top of the rice and top with pineapple slices. Serves 6
