CRAB ROCKEFELLER

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/3 cups milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 lb crab meat
1/2 cup bread crumbs, buttered
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in the flour and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk in the milk and cook for 20 minutes. Add the cheese and stir until well blended. Add the spinach and crab. Place in individual oven-proof dishes or a small casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 4
