BROWNIES WITH CHEESECAKE FROSTING

2 tbsp butter, to grease baking pan]
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, to dust baking pan
Brownies
1 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water and milk
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Butter bottom and sides of a 13x9 inch baking pan with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to remove any lumps. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir together until blended and smooth. Transfer to prepared baking pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until surface feels firm to touch. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
Frosting: Combine ingredients until smooth. Spread frosting over brownies and cut into squares.
Store covered in refrigerator for 1 week.
