CHINESE FIVE SPICE SHRIMP

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tsp 5 spice powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine

Sprinkle shrimp with seasonings; mix well to coat shrimp. Heat oil to medium-high. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook another 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Pour wine over shrimp and boil until about 1/2 the liquid is gone. Serve immediately.
