1 cup cottage cheese
1 (15 oz) can chili with beans
1 tbsp hot sauce and lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cream cottage cheese in a food processor. Blend in chili; mix well. Add next 3 ingredients. Pour into a bowl and blend in the cheese, reserving a little for garnish. Cover and chill.
