CRISP GRAHAM COOKIES

1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking soda and salt
2 cups plain M&Ms
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream shortening and sugar; beat in egg. Add vanilla extract and milk. Blend in peanut butter. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in M&Ms and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
