WHITE CHUNK BLONDIES

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup plus 2 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 oz white baking bars, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch baking pan. Beat sugar, butter and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in egg. Combine dry ingredients and beat into sugar mixture. Stir in baking bars. Press into prepared baking pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
