OVEN BAKED SKEWERED PORK

1 1/2 lbs boneless pork, cut into cubes
1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using. Mix together the pineapple with its juice, and remaining ingredients in a resealable bag. Add pork and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove pork from marinade.

Drain lightly. Reserve marinade. Thread pork onto skewers. Place on a baking sheet. Brush with marinade. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cooked through, brushing with marinade occasionally while cooking. Remove pork form oven.

Preheat broiler. Broil the pork until brown and crispy on the edges, about 5 minutes, turning often.
