MEXICAN PORK AND GREEN CHILI

2 lbs lean pork, cubed
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onions, chopped
1 large green chilies
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup tomatillos, peeled and chopped
1 tsp marjoram and salt
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1/2 cup water
Chopped cilantro and sour cream, garnish

In a large skillet, brown pork in oil; set aside. Saute onion and then add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until pork is tender. Serve over Spanish rice or with flour or corn tortillas. Garnish.

NOTE: This makes a good filling for burritos.
