GOAT CHEESE CROSTINI

Category: Bruschetta, Crostini and Canapes

Stir together:
3 oz goat cheese or cream cheese
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp pepper

Spread evenly on 8 baguette slices, and broil 3 inches from heat for 1 minutes or until heated. Serves 4
