RADISH VEGETABLE DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

1 cup finely chopped radish
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
Dash pepper
Parsley sprigs and radish slices, for garnish
Assorted vegetables, for dipping

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Season with pepper. Turn into serving dish, cover and chill 4 hours. Garnish. Serve with desired vegetables.
