Shelly's Recipe

MEATZA PIZZA

1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup ketchup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients and spread mixture evenly over bottom of pie pan; raising a rim about 1/2 inch high around edge. Spread ketchup over meat to rim. Arrange mushrooms on ketchup. Place cheese over top. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Cut in wedges and serve.
