TOFFEE CHIP FUDGE

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate toffee chips
Topping
2 tbsp toffee chips
In a large microwave-safe mixer bowl combine butter, milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until butter and chips are melted. Stir in confectioners sugar and vanilla extract; beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
By hand, stir in toffee chips. Spread in a foil-lined, buttered 8 inch square baking pan with foil extending over sides of pan. Sprinkle with toffee chips over top and gently press into fudge.
Cover, refrigerate until firm, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Pull fudge out of pan with edges of foil and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
