PEPPERED FLANK STEAK

Category: Beef Steaks

2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp hone and course ground pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 lb flank steak

Preheat grill. Combine first 4 ingredients and spread mixture on both sides of steak; let stand 5 minutes. Grill steak to desired doneness. Thinly slice against grain before serving.
