CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup uncooked regular oats
1 cup cornflakes cereal
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups basic cookie mix
3 large eggs
1 cup creamy peanut butter

Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor until blended. Stir together oat mixture and cookie mix in a large bowl. Stir in eggs and peanut butter. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; place on ungreased baking sheet. Press lightly with a fork to flatten cookies, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350 for 10-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 minute. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
