DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS CASSEROLE

3 cups bread, cubed
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
3 cups chopped turkey or chicken

Combine 1/2 bread cubes with eggs in a large bowl. Combine remaining cubes with milk; stir in egg mixture. Add soup; mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well mixed. Pour into casserole, brush with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serves 6-8
