4 (10-12 oz) T-Bone steaks
4 tbsp minced garlic cloves and minced coriander
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
Mix garlic, coriander, butter, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil. Place the steaks in marinade and let sit for 1 hour room temperature. Place on grill and cook to desired temperature.
