BEEF DIABOLO -- Crock Pot

3-4 lb boneless beef arm or pot roast
3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp prepared mustard, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp vinegar and sugar

Trim excess fat from roast. Place vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Make a smooth paste of next 6 ingredients. Spread over top of roast, then place in crock pot on top of vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. Serves 4-6
