1 (16 1/2 oz) can pitted Bing cherries, about 2 1/2 cups
1 (8 oz) pkg pineapple chunks
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon peel and vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground mace and salt
3-4 drops red food color
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Drain cherries and pineapple; set aside. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add next 8 ingredients; mix well. Carefully stir in marshmallows and reserved fruit. Pour into a loaf pan, cover, and place in freezer. Remove from pan when frozen and cut into slices.
