ORANGE MAPLE GLAZED CARROTS

2/3 cup orange juice
12 medium sized carrots, peeled, and cut into matchsticks
Grated zest of 1 orange
5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp grated nutmeg
5 tbsp butter

In a skillet, add first 3 ingredients and simmer, covered, until barely tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until crisp tender.
