HONEY GLAZED CARROTS

Category: Carrots

1 lb carrots, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
2 tbsp water and honey
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp ginger

In a saucepan, add water and carrots. Cover and steam until just tender. Drain off water. Add honey, butter and ginger and stir to combine. Cover and simmer 5 minutes and serve. Serves 4
