Cut rind from 12 oz brie cheese, cut center into 3/4 inch cubes. Chop 6 green onions and mix with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. Melt 3 tbsp butter. Stack 3 sheets phyllo dough (from 1 lb box), brushing first 2 sheets with some butter; cut into 8 (5x4 inch) pieces. On each piece, place 1 tsp walnut mixture and top with a brie cube. Pull phyllo corners and crimp together above the filling. Place on cookie sheets. Repeat to make 24 kisses. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until browned.
NOTE: Make ahead – The unbaked kisses can be covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated for up to 1 day; remove plastic wrap and bake as directed.
