WHITE CHOCOLATE CINNAMON TRIANGLES

1 pkg refrigerated white chocolate chunk cookie roll
1/2 cup honey roasted cashews, chopped
1/2 cup toffee bits
1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 to 3 tsp milk
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, break up cookie dough. Add remaining bar ingredients; mix well. Press dough into bottom of an ungreased 9 inch square pan. Bake for 23-27 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, blend all glaze ingredients until smooth, adding just enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over bars. Cool an additional 45 minutes or until cooled to cut into bars. Cut into 16 bars. Cut each bar in half diagonally to make triangles.
