Shelly's Recipe

*MOUNTAIN MAN HOT CHEESE DIP*

1/2 cup butter
2 onions, chopped
6 - 7 jalapeno peppers, ribs removed, seeded and chopped fine
1-2 cans mild green chilies, chopped
4 lbs Velveeta cheese
1 jar salsa
Onions powder, seasoned salt, garlic powder, cayenne powder and celery salt, to taste

In a saucepan, melt butter and saute onions. Add cheese and melt on low heat. Add chilies and salsa. Add seasonings, to taste.
