3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
20 whole graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
7 chocolate bars
4 cups miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter and together until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Stir in crushed graham crackers, flour and salt. Press 2 cups of mixture onto bottom of a greased and foil-lined 13x9 inch baking pan. Place chocolate bars, side-by-side, over graham cracker mixture in pan. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of chocolate bars. Crumble remaining graham cracker mixture over marshmallows. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
