1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup oil and water
1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped
Mix first 6 ingredients together and beat until smooth; stir in next 3 ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes. Test for doneness. Let cool; remove form pan. Keep tightly covered for freshness.
